1. Who you are contracting with
Big Three Commerce Ltd (trading as The Fourteen-Night Sleep Plan), registered in Scotland, company number SC901264. Contact: support@thefourteennightsleepplan.com.
2. What you are buying
Access to The Fourteen-Night Sleep Plan, a digital educational programme. It includes written material, audio, interactive tools and downloadable resources, delivered online. Access is for you personally. It does not expire, but we do not promise it will be available indefinitely — see section 8.
3. Price and payment
The price is shown at checkout in US dollars and includes any applicable tax where we are required to collect it. If you use a valid partner code the reduced price is shown before you pay. If you are outside the United States your bank may apply a currency conversion charge, which is between you and your bank.
4. Access
Access is granted immediately on successful payment. If you do not receive your login within one hour, email support@thefourteennightsleepplan.com.
5. Your right to cancel
Because this is digital content delivered immediately, by completing your purchase you consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose the statutory 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
This does not affect our own 60-day guarantee, which is more generous. See the refund policy below.
6. What you may and may not do
You may use everything for your own family, print it, and share it with anyone caring for your child.
You may not resell it, share your login, post the material publicly, use it to run a sleep consulting service, or reproduce it in another product. All content remains our intellectual property.
7. What this is not
This is an educational programme. It is not medical advice or treatment, it does not create any clinical relationship, and it is not a substitute for care from a qualified health professional. See our medical disclaimer. We do not guarantee any specific outcome. Individual results vary with the child, the approach and how consistently it is followed.
8. Availability
We aim to keep the programme available continuously but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. If we ever discontinue it we will give at least 90 days' notice and provide downloadable copies of the material.
9. Our liability
Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Otherwise our total liability is limited to the amount you paid. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Scotland, and the Scottish courts have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence.
Refund policy
The short version
Sixty days. Complete the five-night foundation phase and follow your recommended route for at least seven nights. If you have done that and you are not satisfied it has helped, email us and we will refund you in full.
Why we ask you to run it first
The research is consistent that these approaches depend on being followed consistently. A few inconsistent nights is not enough to tell whether an approach is working for your child. Seven nights is. We would genuinely rather help you get a result than process a refund, which is why we ask.
How to request one
Email support@thefourteennightsleepplan.com within 60 days of purchase with the email address you bought with, confirmation that you completed the five-night foundation phase, and confirmation that you followed your recommended route for at least seven nights.
That is all. We will not ask you to prove it, submit logs, or justify why it did not work for you. We will not argue about whether it improved enough — that is your judgement to make.
Timing
Refunds are processed within five working days and returned to the original payment method. Your bank may take a further few days.
If you get stuck before the sixty days are up
Email us. We will help you find the right troubleshooting section or switch your route. There is no catch in that offer — a family who succeeds is worth more to us than a refund avoided.
Exceptions
We may decline a refund where there is evidence of the material being shared, resold or reproduced, or where someone has previously bought and refunded the same programme.
Statutory rights
This policy is in addition to your legal rights and does not affect them.
