Who we are

Big Three Commerce Ltd ("we", "us", trading as The Fourteen-Night Sleep Plan) operates this site. We are registered in Scotland, company number SC901264. We are the data controller for the information described here. Contact us at support@thefourteennightsleepplan.com.

What we collect

When you take the free assessment

Your answers, and your email address only if you choose to have the result sent to you. The assessment itself does not require an email.

When you buy

Your name, email address, billing details and country. Payment card details are handled by our payment processor and never reach our servers.

When you download the newborn guide

Your name, email address, and your baby's date of birth. We use the date of birth to send information appropriate to your baby's age, and to tell you when the full programme becomes suitable.

Automatically

IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referral source, through cookies and analytics.

If you email us

Whatever you choose to tell us.

What we do not collect

We do not ask for, and you should not send us, detailed medical information about your child. If you write to us with clinical concerns we will tell you to speak to a health professional and we will not retain the detail.

Who we share it with

We never sell your data. We never share it with advertisers. Affiliates are told that a sale occurred and that it came from their code; they are never given your name, email or any other detail about you.

International transfers

Some of these providers are outside the UK and EEA. Where that is the case, transfers are covered by UK International Data Transfer Agreements, EU Standard Contractual Clauses, or an adequacy decision.

How long we keep it

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, correct it, have it deleted, restrict or object to processing, receive it in a portable format, and withdraw consent at any time. Unsubscribing takes one click from any email.

Email support@thefourteennightsleepplan.com and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Children

This site is for parents and carers. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. The date of birth we collect is a child's, provided by their parent, and is used only to determine which information to send.

California residents

If you are a California resident you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion, to correct it, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA. Contact support@thefourteennightsleepplan.com.

Cookies

What we use

Strictly necessary. Required for the site to work — keeping you logged in, remembering what is in your basket, and recording which affiliate referred you so they are paid correctly. These cannot be switched off.

Analytics. Help us understand which pages people read and where they leave. Set only if you accept them.

Marketing. Measure whether an advert led to a purchase. Set only if you accept them.

The affiliate cookie specifically

When you arrive through an affiliate link we store the referral code so that the person who referred you is credited if you buy. It contains no personal information about you. It is set under strictly necessary because without it we cannot meet our contractual obligation to pay our partners.

Managing them

The banner on your first visit lets you accept or reject the optional categories, and you can change that choice at any time from the link in the footer. Your browser settings can also block or delete cookies, though blocking the necessary ones will stop parts of the site working.

Third parties

Cookies may also be set by Stripe, Google Analytics, Zoho Mail and GoAffPro. Their own policies apply.

Changes

We will post any changes here with an updated date, and email you if the change is significant.
